Effective date: July 1, 2026
This policy applies only to the Overseer Discord application operated by Foundry XD. Overseer is a private, internal tool used within our own team's Discord server.
Overseer accesses channel and message data within our own server strictly to create and update our own project status messages (for example, posting a status card or a dated update thread in a project channel). It does not read members' direct messages.
The application stores only minimal operational data needed to function, such as the IDs of the status messages it has posted so it can update them in place. This is kept on our own private infrastructure. It does not build profiles of any individual and does not store personal data about server members.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data accessed by the application. It is not connected to advertising or analytics services.
The application operates through Discord's API and is therefore also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Operational data is retained only as long as needed to run the application and is deleted when no longer required. For any data question, contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
