"Overseer" is a private Discord application operated by Foundry XD ("we", "us") for internal project management within our own Discord server. These Terms govern its use.
Overseer is used only by authorized members of our team, inside our own workspace. It is not offered to the public, has no user accounts, and is not available for installation by third parties.
The application may not be used to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to interfere with its operation or security, or for any unlawful purpose.
How the application handles data is described in the Overseer Privacy Policy.
The application is provided on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
