By accessing foundryxd.com, engaging Foundry XD ("we", "us", "our") for services, or using any application we operate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Foundry XD is a web design studio that designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for clients. Specific client work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
We operate a private Discord application ("Overseer") used internally by our team. It is governed by its own application terms and privacy policy.
You agree not to use our website or applications for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with their operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to infringe the rights of others.
The Foundry XD name, site content, and branding are owned by us unless otherwise noted. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in the relevant client agreement.
Our website and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundry XD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or applications. Liability relating to paid client work is limited as described in the applicable client agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
